Webinar: NSF Cooperative Activity with Department of Energy

About this event

In order to improve the supplement request process for our grantees, we are hosting a webinar on the 2012 summer cycle of the NSF Cooperative Activity with Department of Energy Programs for Education and Human Resource Development.

The objective of the webinar is to provide an overview of the NSF procedures for the NSF Cooperative Activity with Department of Energy Programs for Education and Human Resource Development as presented in the current Dear Colleague Letter (NSF 10-019) guidance.  The primary intended audience is those NSF grantees who have applied to DoE for an associated summer activity by Jan. 10th and who will anticipate applying to NSF for supplemental support. Grantees should note that ARRA-funded projects cannot request supplements.

The webinar is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, January 24, 2012, beginning at 2:00 pm, Eastern Standard Time, and Wednesday, February 8th, 2012, beginning at 11:00 am, Eastern Standard Time. We have allowed about an hour, although the central presentation should take only about thirty (30) minutes, with the balance of time for questions and answers. The webinar is free but registration is required.

To register, please send an email message to Cynthia Douglas, HRD (cdouglas@nsf.gov). Indicate (1) your name and institution, (2) your email address, and (3) on which date (1/24/2012 or 2/8/2012) you will participate. There are a limited number of links available so please use one link per institution and have your team participate collectively as one entity.
