The Smart Vehicle Concepts Center will hold its fifth annual summer meeting of the NSF I/UCRC.

Day 1 - Open Session
At 9:30am of July 24 (Day 1, open session), there will be a guided tour of NASA Glenn. Because this is a government facility, only US citizens and permanent residents are permitted on the tour. Details will be given as they are finalized. Please note that registration for the tour must be received no later than July 10th. Meeting registration opens at 10:30am. The meeting will begin with a poster session and lunch from 11:30am to 1:30pm. This will be followed by faculty research presentations.
Day 2 - Closed Session
Day 2 is a closed session, open to members only, and will consist of research presentations by the students, followed by the Industrial Advisory Board meeting.
If non-members are interested in attending the closed session (Day 2), they must sign a mutual nondisclosure agreement (NDA) in accordance with university policy. This agreement will need to be signed by someone with the authority to do so from the guests' organization and must then be forwarded to the Technical Licensing Office here at OSU for completion. Therefore NDAs must now be signed well in advance of the meeting.
Please have guests (potential sponsors, etc.) contact Caterina Runyon-Spears as soon as possible to make the appropriate arrangements. Directions will be sent closer to the date of the event. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.
