NSF Funding for Quantum Technologies

About this event

The National Science Foundation unveiled a set of "Big Ideas" — 10 bold, long-term research and process ideas that identify areas for future investment at the frontiers of science and engineering. One of the Big Ideas is the Quantum Leap: Leading the Next Quantum Revolution. Quantum Leap will exploit quantum mechanics to observe, manipulate, and control the behavior of particles and energy at atomic and subatomic scales, resulting in next-generation technologies for sensing, computing, modeling, and communicating.

Join this webinar on Thursday, October 25, at 3:00 PM Eastern to learn more about funding opportunities through the NSF's Division of Industrial Innovation and Partnerships for quantum technologies.

Program Director Peter Atherton will discuss America's Seed Fund powered by NSF (the Small Business Innovation Research/Small Business Technology Transfer programs — SBIR/STTR), the Partnerships for Innovation program (PFI) and other opportunities to translate quantum research into new technology.

Register for the Quantum Webinar on WebEx.
