About the series
This is a bi-annual meeting of the industry advisory board and center members to assess ongoing research and set priorities for new research directions. Visitors interested in membership are welcome if they are willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement.

& the Atrium between Engineering Buildings A & E (for the posters)
All rooms all located at 1230 Lincoln Drive, Carbondale IL 62901
A map of the SIUC campus is attached. (The Engineering complex is in M-10, and the buildings are labeled.)
Most of the activities will take place on April 7, starting early in the morning.
We will follow an agenda similar to that in Tempe AZ last September.
The plan is to convene by mid-morning on April 8, allowing some of you to catch flights out of St. Louis, MO or Paducah, KY early afternoon on April 8.
The agenda will be emailed within 2 weeks.
Hotel Info:
We have reserved a block of rooms at the
Holiday Inn, Hotel and Conference Center (Location Reed Station Rd, Carbondale, IL.)
All rooms are non-smoking, two queen size beds per room. The rate is $99 + tax

Please call before March 25, after that time the rooms will not be guaranteed.

All hotels are new, the last one just opened.
Be advised that there is no hotel within walking distance to the SIUC campus.
Flight info:
There are three alternative ways to travel to Carbondale:
Fly to St. Louis, Mo and rent a car (alternatively we can arrange that BART shuttle service picks you up from the airport). Driving distance is about 100 miles, 2 hour drive.
Fly to Paducah,KY via Chicago O'Hare (United) and rent a car. 70 miles, 1 hour drive.
Fly to Marion, IL (via St. Louis - Cape Air; small planes). 10 miles from Carbondale.
