Greetings Everyone,
All of the arrangements are ready for the upcoming members-only annual workshop, the CHREC Annual Workshop 2012 (CMW12), on June 6-7 at Xilinx Headquarters in San Jose, CA, hosted by Virginia Tech. This workshop will span one full day and one half day to review 2012 CHREC projects. The registration, hotels, and travel information is now posted at the link below for your convenience. Please be advised that you will need to book your hotel room by May 10th to receive the special discounted block rate. Please use the block hotel if possible to make sure we fill the hotel rooms! I will work on getting an extension for the block rate deadline.
IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO REGISTER BY MAY 31 for the workshop.
Xilinx is a secure location and all attendees will need to identify their citizenship and Home Country on the workshop registration form and show government issued ID on arrival.
