CITeR Affiliates meet twice yearly at either the West Virginia University Site in Morgantown or the University of Arizona Site in Tucson to finalize and approve new projects and receive updates on the status of ongoing research. Affiliate organizations appoint a representative to oversee their interests on technology that can enhance existing products or lead to the development of new ones. Affiliates can also be formally named as monitor for projects highly relevant to their organization. The monitor works closely with the faculty and students to provide their organization's perspective, keep the project on target, and represent the Affiliate Advisory Board's interests.
Visitors interested in membership are welcome if they are willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement.
