Center for Experimental Research in Computer Systems (CERCS) Spring IAB Event

About the series

This is a bi-annual meeting of the industry advisory board and center members to assess ongoing research and set priorities for new research directions. Visitors interested in membership are welcome if they are willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement.

A REMINDER!!  If you plan on attending the Workshop and IAB meeting and have not yet made your hotel reservations, please be mindful of the April 16, 2010 (Friday) cut-off date to make your reservation at the Georgia Tech Hotel.  Please contact the Georgia Tech Hotel directly by calling 404-838-2100 or toll free at 800-706-2899.  You must identify yourself with the "I/UCRC CERCS IAB Workshop" to get the Georgia Tech established rate of $119/night.

Registration - Also, if you have not registered for the workshop, please complete our brief Registration Form on our web page - http://www.cercs.gatech.edu/iab10, on or before April 19.  There is no registration fee.

Events of the meeting will be as follows-

Monday, April 26, 2010, we will host ‘The Energy Workshop' at the Georgia Tech College of Computing - Klaus Advanced Computing Building (KACB).  In the late afternoon, there will be a poster session, covering a broad spectrum of the current research ongoing in CERCS.

We have also planned a reception & dinner on Monday evening at the Georgia Tech Hotel to encourage one-on-one interaction.  Cocktails will be served at 6:30 pm and dinner at 7:00 pm. 

Tuesday, April 27, 2010, the CERCS IAB Meeting will take place.  Dan Powers, Vice President of IBM Internet Security Systems (ISS), will deliver the Keynote Address.  In addition to the keynote presentation, there will be panels engagement, discussion forums, and student presentations.  Prior to these events, the Agenda will be posted on the CERCS website.
