About the series
The goal of this workshop is to enhance the quality of NSF proposals submitted by faculty of Minority Serving Institutions (MSIs) that are focused on education development activities. Participants are recruited from the faculty of engineering and computer science programs at MSIs who attended the introductory workshop in the previous year. This effort is intended to increase the number of proposals submitted, the number of collaborative proposals among the participating institutions, and in the success rates. In addition, the number of participants from engineering and computer science programs at minority serving colleges and universities in the review process of NSF proposals may also increase. At the workshop, participants will interact with NSF program directors and share their knowledge and insights on proposal writing with colleagues from various campuses.
